OnePlus announced the OnePlus 12 with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset in December 2023. It is speculated that the company is also working on another SD8G3 phone dubbed the Ace 3 Pro. In a new leak, a tipster from China has leaked the key specifications of the smartphone.
According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the OnePlus Ace 3 will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. On the display front, it is said to feature a curved-edge OLED panel like its predecessor.
The leaker added that OnePlus could be testing a variant of the Ace 3 Pro, which will arrive with 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The other specifications of the smartphone are yet to be revealed.
Last year’s Ace 2 Pro remained exclusive to the Chinese market. Hence, there is no clarity on whether the Ace 3 Pro will be made available in the global market.
OnePlus Ace 2 Pro specifications
The OnePlus Ace 2 Pro has a 6.74-inch AMOLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 24 GB of LPDDR5x RAM, and 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. It houses a 5,000mAh battery with 150W fast charging.
The Ace 2 Pro has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back, it has a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. It comes with other features, such as Android 13, OxygenOS 13, an in-screen fingerprint scanner, an IR blaster, and stereo speakers.
