A OnePlus device with the model number PGPM10 was recently spotted at Chinese certification sites such as CMIIT and 3C. Later, it appeared with the highest-ever score on AnTuTu benchmarks, which indicated that it could be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. Now, the same device has received approval from the TENAA authority of China. The PGP10 device is none other than the OnePlus Ace Pro, which is set to launch on Aug. 3 in China.
OnePlus Ace Pro Specifications (Rumored)
The TENAA listing for the OnePlus Ace Pro states that it has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that produces an FHD+ resolution. Being a flagship device, it is likely to carry support for up to a 120Hz refresh rate. For security, it may come equipped with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The Ace Pro will boot to the Android 12 OS, which will be overlaid with ColorOS 12.1.
The OnePlus Ace Pro has a 16-megapixel camera lodged in the display punch-hole. The rear-facing camera module of the device resembles the OnePlus 10 Pro 5G. It comprises a 50-megapixel main camera, which could be the Sony IMX766 lens with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro snapper. It appears that the device may offer 3x optical zoom.
The OnePlus Ace Pro will draw power from the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset. It will come in RAM variants, such as 6 GB, 8 GB, and 12 GB, and storage options like 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. The device will lack a microSD card slot. The official images of the phone show that it does not have a 3.5mm audio jack or an alert slider.
The Ace Pro has a dual-cell battery, but its exact size is not mentioned. It appears that it could be equipped with a 4,800mAh (combined capacity) battery. The retail package of the device may include a 150W fast charger. These specifications confirm that the Ace Pro will be a rebadged version of the OnePlus 10T, which is scheduled to debut on the same day in the global market.
