Just yesterday, we’d heard that OnePlus is prepping a new Nord series smartphone known as the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G which has been tipped to launch on February 11th next month.
However, apart from the Nord CE 2 5G, the company is also said to be gearing up for the launch of another Nord series smartphone dubbed as the OnePlus Nord 2T according to a new report.
As you can probably tell from it’s moniker, the Nord 2T is pretty much a follow-up model for last year’s OnePlus Nord 2 with some decent upgrades across various aspect including it’s processor and charging speed.
More specifically, the Nord 2T is expected to be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset instead of the Dimensity 1200 chip that’s found in the existing model. Also, the phone is said to receive a bump in it’s charging speed from 65W to 80W.
As for the rest of the specs, the OnePlus Nord 2T appears to feature the same 6.43” FHD+ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate on the front side of the phone. In the imaging front, it’s also likely to retain the same triple-cam setup comprising of a 50MP main camera joined by an 8MP ultra-wide camera along with a 2MP nonochrome lens.
In fact, their similarities also extend to the same4,500mAh battery under the hood. Although OnePlus has yet to reveal anything with regards to it’s launch date, but rumors have it that the phone could debut in February next month.
