After launching the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G in the Indian market earlier this year, OnePlus has now expanded the availability of the phone to the Thai market where the phone carries an affordable launch price of just 14,999 Baht (US$447). This device, as we already know, is a slightly toned-down version of the existing OnePlus Nord 2 5G that comes with a brand new design.
Right off the bat, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G features a 6.43” AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution, smooth 90Hz refresh rate, as well as 16 megapixels front-facing camera that handles selfie and video calls on the device.
At the back of the phone, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G has a redesigned camera island which looks nothing like any of the current OnePlus smartphones. There will be a total of thee cameras that include a 64 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide as well as a 2 megapixels macro camera for close-up photography.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset which will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB built-in storage in the memory department. Interestingly, it’s storage capacity can still be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is equipped with a respectable 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support. On the software-wide, it’ll boot on Oxygen 11.3 based on Android 11 out of the box.
For those who’re interested, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is available in both Gray Mirror and Bahama Blue colorways, and is priced at 14,999 Baht (US$447) for it’s 6GB+128GB trim in Thailand.
