After weeks of rumors and leaks, the much anticipated OnePlus Nord CE 5G finally made it’s grand debut as the first Nord series smartphone announced this year.
As expected, the Nord CE 5G shapes up to be one of the most exciting mid-ranger phone in the market that will provide tough competition for some of the recently announced smartphones like the iQOO Z3.
For starter, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G features a 6.43” AMOLED display that offers a FHD+ screen resolution and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. It gets a single hole-punch cutout on the upper-left corner of the screen which is home to a 16 megapixels selfie camera.
Over to the flip-side, it’s rear panel sports a pill-shape camera island which brings along a triple-camera system lead by a 64 megapixels (f/1.79 aperture) main camera along with a 8 megapixels (f/2.25 aperture) ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels (f/2.4 aperture) monochrome lens.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 750G mobile platform which is paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB USF 2.1 storage in the memory department.
To keep it’s lights on, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G draws power from a respectable 4,500mAh battery that carries support for 30W Warp Charge 30T Plus fast-charging. Other than that, it also features an in-display fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, as well as OxygenOS based on Android 11.
