According to Max J, who has been accurately leaking information on upcoming OnePlus devices had claimed in the recent past that the OnePlus Watch will be debuting in October. With only a few days remaining in the month, the tipster states that he learned through multiple sources that the OnePlus Watch announcement has been postponed.
He added it is unclear when OnePlus will be announcing its first smartwatch. Also, he speculates that there could be problems related to the production or software development that might have caused its delay.
Rumors surrounding the OnePlus Watch have claimed that its design could be to like the Vivo Watch that debuted in September. Probably, the OnePlus smartwatch will debut next year with its 2021 flagship phone. The rumor mill is yet to spill details on the specs of the OnePlus Watch.
Speaking of the next year’s flagship, OnePlus is rumored to launch the OnePlus 9 series in April. It means that the OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro may debut one month earlier than the OnePlus 8 series.
