Later this week, OPPO is rumored to be launching a new entry-level smartphone from the A-series lineup known as the OPPO A15 which had already been listed on Amazon India.
Right now, its official renders have been leaked along with its official specs several days away from its official launch. According to the leaked renders, the upcoming OPPO A15 will be arriving with a typical dewdrop-notch design at the front, completed with a squarish camera housing that resembles what we’d saw on the OPPO F17 Pro.
In terms of specs, its front display will be a LCD panel which measures 6.52-inches diagonally with HD+ screen resolution. Since its a LCD panel, the device will not be coming with any in-display fingerprint scanner and instead opted for a rear-mounted one.
Under the hood, the device will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage that can be further expanded by up to 256GB via a microSD card.
In the camera department, the OPPO A15 has a total of 3 cameras at the back consisting of a 13 megapixels primary shooter, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. This will be rounded up by a 5 megapixels selfie camera at the front.
To keep the device running, it will be backed by a 4,230mAh battery that is capable of lasting more than a day of normal usage. On the software-side, it is likely to be shipped with ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10 OS.
