OPPO has officially confirmed that the company will be launching the OPPO F19 smartphone on April 6th next week. This came roughly a month after the company announced the OPPO F19 Pro and F19 Pro+ in the Indian market, and will be the third model within the new F19 series lineup.
Based on its leaked specs, the OPPO F19 seems to be a rebranded model of the upcoming OPPO A74 4G. Its said to sport a FHD+ AMOLED display that offers an in-display fingerprint scanner. It will however, feature a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
Around the back of the device, there’s a rectangular-shaped camera housing which is home to a triple-camera setup comprising of a 48 megapixels primary shooter, 2 megapixels macro camera, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor. The camera department will be rounded out by a 16 megapixels selfie camera upfront.
Under the hood, the OPPO F19 is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 662 chipset which will be coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
The device is also backed by a respectable 5,000mAh battery with 33W flash charging support. Last but not the latest, it’ll be shipped with the latest ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11 OS.
