A renowned Weibo tipster, Digital Chat Station, has disclosed essential details regarding a potential new vertically foldable smartphone, speculated to be the OPPO Find N3 Flip. The leak suggests that the Find N3 Flip will offer improvements in departments like chipset, camera, and battery as compared to its predecessor.
OPPO Find N3 Flip specifications (rumored)
It can be said based on the Find N3 Flip that it will feature a punch-hole display with support for high-frequency dimming and an eye protection mode. On the back, the N3 Flip will have a circular camera module accommodating three cameras, comprising a 50-megapixel main camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), a telephoto camera, and an ultra-wide lens.
Powering the phone will be the Dimensity 9200 chipset, coupled with a generous 16GB of RAM. The new chip is expected to offer better performance than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, which is currently Qualcomm’s most powerful chip. As per another source, it will pack a 4,800mAh battery.
These leaked specifications indicate that the Find N3 Flip is poised to be an advancement over its predecessor, the Find N2 Flip, which featured the Dimensity 9000 Plus chip and a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) dual-camera system.
Recently, an OPPO phone with model number PHT110 was approved by the 3C authority in China. The listing revealed that it may ship with a 67W fast charger. This device is said to be the upcoming Find N3 Flip. However, it is unclear whether the phone will support 67W fast charging or 44W charging like its predecessor.
Recently, a leaked schematic of the Find N3 Flip surfaced through Pricebaba, corroborating the details mentioned by Digital Chat Station. The schematic aligns with the concept of a vertically folding device, sporting a circular camera arrangement at the back. The Find N3 Flip is expected to debut with other devices, such as the Find N3, Pad Air 2, and Watch 5 series, later this month in China.
