OPPO will be announcing the Find X2 flagship phone at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020 tech trade show on Feb. 22. The event will be used to unveil the Find X2 series which includes the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro. The smartphone’s design has remained a secret but recently a render was found doing rounds on Weibo through which its front and rear appeal was appealed. Now, a leaked photo of the phone’s rear shell has surfaced. The rear camera design of the phone seen in the live shot resembles with what was revealed in the render.
As it can be seen, the alleged OPPO Find X2 is placed inside a protective shell. At the top-left corner of the screen is a triple camera setup followed by an LED flash. Also, a recently spotted live shot of the front side of the phone reveled that it is equipped with a punch-hole screen. The hole in the display is placed at its top-left corner.
The smartphone is expected to house a curved screen of 6.5 inches. It will support quad HD+ resolution and offer users an option to switch between 60Hz and 120Hz refresh rates.
When it comes to specs, the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform will be powering the Find X2 series. The Find X2 will come with some advanced features like LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.0 storage and Wi-Fi 6. The smartphone will be coming with a 65W fast charger.
The triple camera setup of the OPPO Find X2 may include a 48-megapixel Sony IMX689 custom lens, a superwide Sony IMX708 lens and a 13-megapixel telephoto lens. For shooting selfies, it is likely to feature a Sony IMX616 32-megapixel shooter.
