Recent reports have claimed that Oppo may unveil the Find X7 series of flagship phones between January 8 and 10, 2024, in China. Initial reports claimed that the company would announce the Find X7 and the Find X7 Pro as the successors to the Find X6 and Find X6 Pro that were unveiled earlier this year. New reports have claimed that the lineup will include a new model named the Find X7 Ultra. However, a new leak, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station, reveals that the lineup will not include the Pro variant.
The post shown above is no longer available on Weibo, as the tipster has reportedly deleted it. He has claimed that the series will comprise three devices, such as the Find X7, the Find X7 Ultra, and the Find X7 Ultra Satellite Communication Version. This means that the lineup will not have the Pro version.
The Find X7 series of smartphones will feature a 5,000mAh battery with 100W charging. The Ultra-branded models will also support 50W wireless charging. He further said that the Ultra models will come in shades such as Silver Moon, Sea Wide Sky, Pine Shadow, and Moyun.
Based on what DCS has mentioned, the Find X7 Ultra variants’ rear camera setup will include a 50-megapixel LYT-900 main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel IMX890 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel IMX858 periscope telephoto camera with 6x optical zoom.
As far as the Find X7 is concerned, previous reports have revealed that it will have a triple camera unit headlined by a 50-megapixel LYT-808 main camera. A 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel OV64B periscope telephoto camera with 6x optical zoom will be available to complement it.
