Rumors are rife that the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will be announced as early as March this year in China. Therefore, it is natural that the rumour mill will actively reveal more details about the device around this time. In a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station has reiterated the camera details of the X9 Ultra.

According to the tipster, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is said to feature a 200-megapixel Sony LYT-901 main camera with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, paired with custom optics and a native 35mm focal length, which is close to the physical size limit.
The camera setup is also tipped to include a 50-megapixel 1/1.28-inch ultra-large-sensor ultra-wide camera, along with a new 200-megapixel 1/1.4-inch periscope telephoto lens using a new lens assembly. This periscope lens is said to cover the golden 85mm focal length.
According to reports, the Find X9 Ultra will use a Samsung JN5 lens for ultra-wide shots and the all-new OmniVision OV52A lens for the periscope telephoto camera. While the tipster has not mentioned it in the latest leak, the setup is also said to include a 50-megapixel Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom support.
The Oppo Find X9 Ultra will have the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset under the hood, and it is said to feature a 6.82-inch 2K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate on the front. It is likely to house a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The device will have additional features such as ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 and a Plus Key button for accessing Mind Space. Reports also suggest that the Find X9 Ultra will be released in markets outside China.
