Oppo will unveil the Oppo Find N6 and Oppo Watch X3 in China tomorrow. After announcing these devices, the company is expected to shift its focus to a launch event scheduled for next month, which could see the arrival of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and Oppo Find X9s Pro. Like previous Ultra-branded models, the X9 Ultra is expected to deliver a top-notch photography experience. In a new Weibo post, tipster Digital Chat Station shared an important detail about the X9 Ultra’s zooming capabilities.
Oppo Find X9 Ultra’s zooming capabilities tipped

According to the tipster, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra will feature a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with an aperture of f/3.5. This setup is said to allow the camera to intake three times more light than the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra.
He further claimed that it will be the industry’s only camera to natively support 10x optical zoom, functioning like a built-in telephoto extender. This approach could remove the need for additional accessories for higher optical zoom. Previous reports have also suggested that the brand may offer a teleconverter extender as an optional accessory to further enhance zoom capabilities.
The Find X9 Ultra is also expected to include another periscope camera. This sensor is tipped to be a 200-megapixel unit offering 3x optical zoom. As for the remaining cameras, earlier reports suggest that the phone may feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-901 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 3.2-megapixel multispectral sensor designed to improve color accuracy.
With such powerful cameras onboard, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra is expected to compete with flagship devices such as the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, Xiaomi 17 Ultra, and Vivo X300 Ultra in different markets.
