There have been reports that Oppo is working on the Oppo Find X9s series of smartphones. This reportedly includes two models, the Find X9s and Find X9s Pro. While both phones are expected to hit the Chinese market in March, a new update straight from Oppo India has confirmed the existence of the Find X9s.
Oppo Find X9s to feature Dimensity 9500s
At the MediaTek event in India today, Oppo confirmed that it will soon launch the Find X9s phone in India. This phone will feature the recently announced Dimensity 9500s chipset.
While Oppo has not confirmed any technical details of the Find X9s, its moniker and chipset suggest that it could be positioned lower than the Find X9, which features the more powerful Dimensity 9500.
Oppo Find X9s specifications (rumored)
Recent reports have revealed that the Oppo Find X9s will have a 6.3-inch OLED 1.5K 120Hz screen. It will run on Android 16 with a layer of ColorOS 16 on top, and it may feature a 7,000mAh battery.
The Find X9s may feature a 200-megapixel main camera with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. It is also expected to have a 50-megapixel front camera. It may arrive in shades such as Titanium, Orange, and Blue.
The device is also speculated to be released in some Southeast Asian markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Hopefully, upcoming reports will reveal more details about this phone.
In related news, Oppo’s China wing is reportedly gearing up to launch the Find N6 foldable phone by early March. Later in the same month, it may announce the Find X9s, X9s Pro, and X9 Ultra.
