Leaked information that surfaced last week revealed that OPPO is planning to launch a new smartphone called the OPPO K10 Vitality Edition (OPPO K10 Lite) in China. Today, a reliable Chinese tipster shared some details about the smartphone. The K10 Vitality Edition will be the third K10 series phone from the brand this year, after the OPPO K10 5G and K10 Pro 5G that debuted earlier this year.
According to tipster WHY LAB, the OPPO K10 Vitality Edition will be aimed at the offline market in China. It is already known that the device will come equipped with the Snapdragon 778G chipset, 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of storage. WHY LAB has now shared some more details about the smartphone.
He claimed that the OPOO K10 Vitality Edition will be equipped with an LCD panel that will offer a refresh rate of 120Hz. The rear side of the phone will have a 64-megapixel main camera, and it will also include an X-axis linear motor.
OPPO hasn’t revealed anything about the device. However, it appears that it may not take too long for the K10 Vitality Edition to go official in China. At present, it is difficult to say whether the device will be released in markets outside China.
In related news, OPPO is planning to launch a couple of new products soon. One of them appears to be a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 phone, which could be an enhanced version of the existing OPPO Find X5 Pro. The OPPO Watch 4 with Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 onboard may debut alongside it in August. It is also expected to release some other products such as the ColorOS 13, a clamshell phone with a foldable display, Find N2, two tablets, and Band 2 fitness tracker within this year.
