Oppo has already launched the Oppo K12x, K12, and K12 Plus phones in China. In India, the brand introduced the K12x, which features mid-range specifications. Recent reports suggest that Oppo is preparing to launch the K13x, K13, and K13 Pro in China. While there’s no official word from Oppo China yet, its Indian division has released the first teaser of the K13.
Oppo K13 5G teased
The teaser confirms that India will be the first country to receive the Oppo K13 5G. However, the brand hasn’t revealed any specifications of the device. It remains unclear whether the K13 heading to India will be the same model that’s planned for the Chinese market.
According to reports, the Oppo K13 5G (China variant) will be powered by the Dimensity 8400 chip. In contrast, the K13 Pro is expected to feature the all-new Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. There is currently no information available about the K13x.
In China, the Oppo K13 will compete with the Redmi Turbo 4 and the upcoming Z10 Turbo, which is also expected to use the Dimensity 8400 chip. Meanwhile, the K13 Pro will rival the iQOO Z10 Turbo and Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, both of which will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4.
Reno 14 series in the works
In addition, Oppo is also said to be working on the Reno 14 and Reno 14 Pro series. These devices are expected to feature 6.59-inch and 6.83-inch OLED displays, respectively. The series may arrive with a redesigned back panel. While the Pro variant is expected to be equipped with the Dimensity 8350, there is no confirmation yet on the chip that will power the standard model. The K14 series is anticipated to debut in May in China.
