OPPO K9x May Debut Soon with 120Hz Display, Dimensity 900

Last week, OPPO’s new K9 series phone with model number PCGM10 was spotted at the TENAA certification site. The listing revealed the entire specs and images of the phone, but its marketing name wasn’t confirmed. A Chinese tipster has claimed that the PCGM10 smartphone will debut in China with the OPPO K9x moniker.

OPPO K9x Specifications (Rumored)

As per the TENAA listing, the OPPO K9x has a 6.5-inch LCD FHD+ display and a 2.4GHz octa-core processor. According to the tipster, the phone will support a 120Hz refresh rate and it will be powered by the Dimensity 900 chipset.

The device is expected to arrive with 4 GB / 6 GB / 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB / 256 GB of native storage. It is packed with a 5,000mAh battery. It can be said based on its 3C certification that it may ship with a 30W charger.

For selfies, it will feature a 16-megapixel front camera. Its rear camera setup will have a 64-megapixel OmniVision OV64B primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It will come preinstalled with Android 11. The specs of the smartphone are quite similar to the Realme Q3 that debuted on the first of this year in China.

OPPO K9x Pricing (Rumored)

The tipster has speculated that the OPPO K9x will come in three choices such as 6 GB RAM + 128 Gb storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. These variants could be priced at 1,499 Yuan (~$234), 1,699 Yuan (~$266), and 1,899 Yuan (~$297), respectively. It is speculated to go on sale by December 12 in China.
