Ahead of the upcoming Reno5 series launch in Singapore, OPPO has officially announced the ultra-affordable A15s in the local market which will be priced at just S$199.
The OPPO A15s brings along a 6.52-inches IPS LCD display which offers a decent HD+ screen resolution alongside a capable 8MP front-facing camera for selfie and video-calling purposes.
Under the hood, the A15s features an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset which will be paired with an ample 4GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage that can be further expanded by up to 256GB via a microSD card.
To improve its overall performance, the A15s also comes along with some impressive software tweaks including Memory Defragmentation 2.0, HyberBoost 2.1, FrameBoost, as well as TouchBoost.
Photography-wise, the OPPO A15s sports a triple-rear cameras that include a 13 megapixels (f/2.2 aperture) primary shooter, 2 megapixels (f/2.4 aperture) ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels (f/2.4 aperture) macro camera.
The hardware department will be rounded out by a respectable 4,230mAh battery that’s capable of fueling one full day of usage with a single charge. Most importantly, the device will boot on the latest ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10 OS.
For those who’re interested, the OPPO A15s will be available island-wide starting January 9th through OPPO concept stores, OPPO’s official Lazada and Shopee Flagship Store, as well as authorised retailers.
