Rumors are rife that the Find X6 series will debut in February in China. OPPO is likely to announce the second-generation OPPO Pad alongside the X6 series. A new leak, courtesy of Digital Chat Station, has revealed the key details of the upcoming OPPO tablet.
According to the source, the OPPO Pad 2 will have a slightly larger display than the first-generation model, which features an 11-inch screen. He revealed that the OPPO Pad 2 will arrive with an 11.x-inch display.
As compared to the original model, the resolution will be higher at 2800 x 2000 pixels. In addition, the LCD will support a 144 Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+. To recall, the original model’s LCD panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution.
The OPPO Pad 2 will be equipped with a 9,500mAh battery, claims the tipster. It will offer 67W fast charging. The leak has no information on the cameras of the tablet.
The tipster had earlier revealed that the Pad 2 will arrive with the Dimensity 9000 chipset. The predecessor model is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset. The Pad 2 is likely to run on Android 13 with ColorOS for Pad on top.
As far as design is concerned, the OPPO Pad’s design is almost identical to the upcoming OnePlus Pad. For those who don’t know, the OnePlus Pad is OnePlus’ first-ever tablet, which is slated to debut on Feb. 7 in the global market.
