Oppo R15 and Oppo R15 Dream Mirror Edition smartphones have been officially announced through an unveiled event in China. These new Oppo phones have iPhone-X like design and come with upper mid-range specs.

The Oppo R15 and R15 Dream Mirror Edition are packed with some many common features. The Oppo R15 duo feature 6.28-inch OLED display that supports 19:9 aspect ratio thanks to the presence of a notch. It offers a screen resolution of 2,280 x 1080 pixels. The Oppo R15 and R15 DME respectively feature 2.5D and 3D curved glass panel. Both the phones are running on ColorOS 5.0 flavored Android 8.1 Oreo. These phones are also equipped with 20-megapixel f/2.2 aperture selfie camera. These phones are powered by different chipsets, but both include 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of native storage. For additional storage, users can pop in a microSD card. Both the phones carry support for VOOC fast charging technology.
The MediaTek Helio P60 powers the Oppo R15. It includes Sony IMX519 16-megapixel sensor + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. It includes 3,450mAh battery. The Snapdragon 660 is present under the hood of Oppo R15 DME. It features 16-megapixel Sony IMX519 + 20-megapixel dual camera setup. It is fueled by 3,400mAh battery.
Oppo R15, R15 Dream Mirror Edition Pricing and Availability
The Oppo R15 that comes in Hot Red, Snow White and Star Purple color options is priced at 2,999 Yuan (~$474). The Dream Red and Ceramic Black variants of the Oppo R15 DME are respectively priced at 3,299 Yuan (~$521) and 3,499 Yuan (~$553). These phones will be available for buying from April 1 at 12 AM in China.
