Leaked cases of the upcoming Oppo R19 had surfaced on a Chinese retailer site in the previous month. The case images had revealed that the Oppo R19 would be arriving with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Above the fingerprint scanner, it features a vertical triple camera setup cutout. Also, it came with a cutout on the center area of the top edge of the case which indicated that the R19 would be arriving with a pop-up selfie camera. Popular tipster Ishan Agarwal has shared leaked photos of an Oppo phone with a pop-up front camera. Hence, it appears that the leaked images may belong to the Oppo R19 smartphone.
The alleged Oppo R19 smartphone features a notch-less smartphone. The backside of the phone features a glass panel. As it can be seen in the leaked images, the R19 features a triple camera setup and a fingerprint reader. A pop-up selfie snapper is present on the top edge of the device. According to a Chinese leakster, the Oppo R19’s triple camera setup includes a regular main sensor, a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens.
Oppo is yet to confirm on the existence of the Oppo R19 phone. There is a possibility that the Oppo R19 and R19 Pro smartphones may go official by the end of the first quarter of this year.
