In the previous week, OPPO had announced the Reno 10x FC Barcelona Edition smartphone in China. It revealed that the smartphone will be available for buying in some European markets with a price tag of 899 euros from July 26. It had also confirmed that it will be releasing in China with a price tag of 4,799 Yuan. Today, the Chinese manufacturer has begun with the pre-orders of the OPPO Reno 10x FC Barcelona Edition in the home market.
The OPPO Reno 10x Zoom FC Barcelona Edition has a vibrant red and blue gradient color that was achieved using heat press technology. It runs on the custom version Barcelona themed ColorOS 6 which brings along custom icons and ringtones. There is a gold-plated insignia on the backside of the device. The other selling features of the smartphone include 10x hybrid zoom support, Snapdragon 855 chipset, 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of native storage.
The Reno 10x Zoom FC Barcelona Edition features a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with notch-less design that offers full HD+ resolution and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The Snapdragon 855 mobile platform is present under the hood of the device along with PC-grade cooling technology. The shark-fin pop-up camera module with LED flash and 16-megapixel selfie camera is available on the device. The back panel of the smartphone features Sony IMX586 48-megapixel primary lens with OIS, a periscope telephoto lens of 13-mgapixel with 5x optical zoom support and an 8-megapixel OIS enabled ultrawide lens. The smartphone houses 4,065mAh battery that supports 20W VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology and it runs on Android 9 Pie OS.
