OPPO Reno3 Global Edition Leak Reveals 44MP Selfie Camera, 48MP Quad Cameras

The OPPO Reno3 Pro smartphone powered by the MediaTek Helio P95 chipset was recently introduced in India. It had debuted as non-5G version of the Reno3 Pro 5G that went official in China in December 2019. Leakster Ishan Agarwal has revealed that the Chinese firm is gearing up to launch the global version of the Reno3. It will be a 4G version of the Reno3 that was announced with its Pro sibling in China at last year end.

The leak reveals that the Reno3 global edition has a single punch-hole on its 6.4-inch S-AMOLED display. It will be sporting a 44-megapixel front camera. The Reno3 5G had arrived with 6.4-inch S-AMOLED display that housed a 32-megapixel selfie snapper. Like the 5G model, the 4G variant will be sporting an in-display fingerprint reader.

The Reno3 5G has MediaTek Dimenity 1000L chipset onboard. The upcoming Reno3 global version is said to be equipped with Helio P90 chipset. The phone is expected to come with 8 GB of RAM and an internal storage of 128 GB.

The Reno3 5G has a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera system. The upcoming Reno3 global model may come with a 48-megapixel + 13-megapixel (telephoto) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel quad rear cameras.

The Reno3 5G has a 4,025mAh battery and 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology. The same battery may power the non-5G version. The Android 10 OS coupled with ColorOS 7 runs on the device. The handset said to measure 160.2 x 73.3 x 8mm and weighs 170 grams. Sky White, Midnight Black, and Aurora Blue are the expected to come with color options.
