Yesterday, OPPO launched the OPPO Reno3 Pro smartphone in India. The Helio P95 driven phone is a 4G variant of the Reno3 Pro 5G phone that was unveiled in China in December 2019. The Snapdragon 765G powered Reno3 Pro 5G for China has a model number is PCRM00 / PCRT00. In February, an OPPO phone with CPH2009 model number was approved by the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). The same phone recently bagged certification from Bluetooth SIG authority. The Bluetooth certification suggests that the CPH2009 is the global version of the Reno3 Pro 5G handset.
The CPH2009 Bluetooth SIG certification reveals that it has a 6.5-inch display. The device is equipped with SM7250 Qualcomm chipset that includes 2.4GHz + 2.2GHz octa-core processor. It is nothing but the 5G-capable Snapdragon 765G mobile platform.
For photography, the CPH2009 has a rear-mounted quad camera system that includes a 64-megapixel main lens, a secondary shooter of 13-megapixel, an 8-megapixel third lens and a 2-megapixel fourth lens. The device is equipped with a front-facing camera of 32-megapixel. It is loaded with ColorOS 7. The Bluetooth listing reveals connectivity features like Bluetooth 5.0 and dual-band Wi-Fi.
The specifications of the CPH2009 are identical with China’s Reno3 Pro 5G. Hence, it appears that the Chinese firm could be gearing up to launch the global edition of the Reno3 Pro 5G in 5G-ready countries like European markets.
The Reno3 Pro 5G has a 4,025mAh battery. The device comes with support for VOOC 4.0 30W Flash Charge technology. The improved charging tech can allow the phone to gain 50 percent battery juice in just 20 minutes. The smartphone also features an in-display fingerprint reader.
