OPPO has quietly announced a new mid-ranger smartphone in China. This device, known as OPPO Reno3 Vitality Edition, carries the same design language as the Reno3 5G, except for some minor changes to it’s internals.
OPPO Reno3 Vitality Edition Specifications
For starter, the OPPO Reno3 Vitality Edition touts a 6.4-inch OLED panel with FHD+ screen resolution. It impresses with a 20:9 tall aspect ratio has a peak brightness of 600 nit.
The device is driven by a Snapdragon 765 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and a respectable 128GB onboard storage space. Similar to the current Reno3 and Reno3 Pro, there will not be any dedicated microSD slot for memory expansion.
It’s quad-camera setup on the rear panel will feature a 64 megapixels main snapper, an 8 megapixels ultra wide lens, a 2 megapixels macro lens, as well as a 2 megapixels monochrome sensor. At the front, it’s water drop-notch will house a 32 megapixels selfie camera.
The OPPO Reno3 Vitality Edition will rock a 4,025mAh battery which supports 30W VOOC 4.0 fast-charging that could bring the device from 0 to 50% within 20 minutes.
Software-wise, it will run on the latest ColorOS 7 based on Android 10. For those who’re interested, the device will be offered in 3 color options including Streamer Gold, Sky Mirror White and Moon Night Black.
OPPO Reno3 Vitality Edition Pricing & Availability
Currently, the OPPO Reno3 Vitality Edition is available only in the Chinese market, where it will go on sale starting February 14th. The 8GB+128GB model will retail for 2,999 Yuan (US$428) in China.
