OPPO Reno4 Lite FCC Certified; Could be Rebranded OPPO F17 Pro

It was recently revealed through the appearance of the OPPO CPH2125 phone at the Global Certification Forum (GCF) that it will be debuting in the global market as OPPO Reno4 Lite. The CPH2125 smartphone has now bagged approval from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in the U.S. The FCC listing has revealed a few pieces of information about the smartphone.

The FCC certification has revealed that the Reno4 Lite measures 160.1 x 73.8 x 7.5mm and it weighs 164 grams with the battery inside. Speaking of battery, the phone is backed by a 4,000mAh battery. The phone will ship with an OP92KAUH charger that supports 18W charging.

The smartphone is loaded with ColorOS 7.2 based Android 10 OS. A schematic of the rear side of the device reveals that it has volume buttons on one side and a power key on the other side.

The dimensions and the key details of the OPPO Reno4 Lite that have surfaced through its FCC certification suggest that it could be a rebadged version of the OPPO F17 Pro smartphone that recently debuted in India. Interestingly, the F17 Pro is also expected to arrive in some markets as OPPO A93.

OPPO F17 Pro Specifications

The OPPO F17 Pro has a 6.43-inch S-AMOLED display that supports Full HD+ resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio. The device is preinstalled with ColorOS 7.2 based Android 10 OS. It has a dual punch-hole cutout on the screen that houses a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual selfie camera system. The rear side of the phone features a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera system.

The MediaTek Helio P95 chipset is present under the hood of the F17 Pro with 8 GB of LPPDR4x RAM. The phone comes with 128 GB of UFS 2.1 storage and a microSD card slot. The 4,000mAh battery of the phone supports 30W charging. It has an in-screen fingerprint scanner.
