OPPO Reno4 Pro makes its grand debut in Singapore for S$899

After launching the OPPO Reno3 Pro in Singapore earlier this year, OPPO is now back with the next-generation’s OPPO Reno4 Pro smartphone which comes with several notable upgrades across various aspects of the smartphone.

A Breathtaking Design

Just like its predecessor, the OPPO Reno4 Pro will continue to employ a curved Super AMOLED display at the front with full HD+ resolution and a buttery-smooth 90Hz refresh rate which offers you a vibrant and smooth graphical experience.

This time round, the Reno4 Pro has opted for a single hole-punch on its upper-left corner instead of a dual hole-punch cutout on the Reno3 Pro. Therefore, users will be able to enjoy a larger screen real-estate which do make a difference when you are streaming videos.

Over on its rear, we can see a slight redesign to its camera module which houses a quad-cameras system. Although it maintains a pretty similar design, but the rear cameras have those iPhone 11 kind of protruding lenses which we don’t normally see among current smartphones.

For the Starry Night model which we’d received, the device has an anti-glare, smooth matte panel at the back which feels luxurious on the hand. The dual-curved front and back panel also make it easy for single-hand usage as it greatly improve the grip.

An Upgraded Chipset

At the helm, the all-new OPPO Reno4 Pro utilizes an upgraded Snapdragon 720G chipset which boasts higher performance and better graphic rendering as opposed to the MediaTek Helio P95 SoC found in the Reno3 Pro.

On top of that, the device also features a beefy 8GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage space in the memory department.

Flagship Fast-charging Technology

While the OPPO Reno4 Pro certainly isn’t a flagship phone like the OPPO Find X2 Pro (Review), but it do arrive with the same 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast-charging technology which is able to deliver a full charge under 40 minutes.

In fact, the SuperVOOC 2.0 fast-charging is currently fastest among all mid-ranger or even flagship phones in the local market.

Pricing & Availability

For those who’re interested, the OPPO Reno4 Pro will be priced at S$899 in Singapore. It will be available for pre-order from now till August 14th through OPPO’s Shopee Flagship Stores (online exclusive) as well as at all OPPO Concept Stores.

As usual, early birds who pre-ordered the Reno4 Pro will be treated to free gifts which include a pair of OPPO Enco Free W31 Headphones worth S$99 and $100 OPPO gift card valid for use for any OPPO product from 15th to 31st August.

Otherwise, the OPPO Reno4 Pro will be available island wide from 15th August 2020 at Singtel, Starhub and M1 stores, OPPO Concept Stores as well as OPPO’s Shopee and Lazada Flagship Stores.
