Shortly after OPPO released the first-ever promo video for their upcoming OPPO Reno4 and Reno4 Pro, the duo has now been spotted on TENAA along with its official specs and real life images.
OPPO Reno4
Let’s start with the vanilla OPPO Reno4. This device will offer a 6.4-inches FHD+ AMOLED display at the front which comes with support for in-display fingerprint sensor. The front panel will feature a pills-shaped cut out on the top left corner which houses a pair of 32 megapixels main camera and a 2 megapixels depth sensor.
On the flip-side, the device will tout a rectangular camera module which houses a total of 3 cameras. According to its TENAA listing, these cameras include a 48 megapixels main camera, 8 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels depth/ macro camera.
Although the listing doesn’t reveal the underlying chipset, but it is likely to be an octa-core Snapdragon 765G SoC. This will be paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage space. It will be a 5G-ready phone capable of support both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) modes.
At the helm, the OPPO Reno4 will be fueled by a 4,000mAh battery which carries support for the latest 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charge.
OPPO Reno4 Pro
The OPPO Reno4 Pro on the other hand, will feature a slightly larger 6.5-inches FHD+ AMOLED display. However, unlike the vanilla OPPO Reno4, the “Pro” model only has a single 32 megapixels selfie camera.
On its rear side, that’s where things get interesting. The Reno4 Pro will come with an upgraded triple-camera system comprising of a 48 megapixels main camera, 12 megapixels dedicated camera for night scene video-recording (according to Google Translate), as well as a 13 megapixels telephoto lens.
In terms of internals, the Reno4 Pro will also be powered by the Snapdragon 765G SoC which will also be coupled with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage space. The battery capacity and charging speed will also remain similar as the vanilla model.
