OPPO Reno4 Z 5G Bags NBTC Certification

The OPPO Reno4 Z smartphone is inching towards its launch. Recently, the smartphone was found listed in the database of the Global Certifications Forums (GCF). Now, the same phone has bagged approval from Thailand’s NBTC authority.

Like GCF’s listing, the NBTC appearance of the Reno4 Z 5G has confirmed that its model number is CPH2065. Both listings have no information on the specs of the phone.

The smartphone had recently received certification from the FCC and Bluetooth SIG authorities too. Some of the specs that appeared through its Bluetooth SIG certification suggested that it could be a rebranded version of the OPPO A92s 5G phone that went official in China few months ago.

OPPO A92s 5G Specifications

The OPPO A92s 5G has a 6.57-inch LCD panel with a pill-shaped punch-hole. The screen supports Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device is fitted with a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual selfie camera system.

The Dimensity 800 5G chipset is present under the hood of the device. The phone has 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of native storage. It has support for 18W fast charging for its 4,000mAh battery. It features a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

There is no official word yet on the arrival of the OPPO Reno4 Z 5G. OPPO launched the Reno4 series of smartphones in China in June. India recently received the Reno4 Pro phone. Since India is not 5G-ready yet, it was treated with the 4G LTE version. Recent reports have revealed that the company is now working on bringing the 5G version of the Reno4 and Reno4 Pro (Review) to wider markets. Apar from the Reno4 Z, the company may also announce some other Reno4 series phones in the near future.
