Although OPPO had only recently launched the Reno5 series smartphones in the global market, but fresh rumors out of China have suggested that the Chinese smartphone giant is currently working on the new Reno6 series smartphones which are currently in their final testing phase.
As usual, the OPPO Reno6 series lineup is tipped to feature three models which are likely to include the vanilla OPPO Reno6, Reno6 Pro, as well as a flagship Reno6 Pro+.
At the moment, there isn’t much detail pertaining to the specs of the upcoming Reno6 series devices. However, it was revealed that the trio will be equipped with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charging and for the first time, support for 30W wireless charging.
Just like the current Reno5 series smartphones, the upcoming Reno6 devices are expected to feature Snapdragon chipsets and come with 5G connectivity. It is not known whether the vanilla Reno6 will be arriving with a 4G model for the global market this time round.
If nothing goes wrong, the OPPO Reno6 series smartphones could be launched somewhere during the first-halve of the year.
