Last week, we reported that OPPO will be launching the Reno6 Z smartphone in Thailand on July 21st this month. Now, more details pertaining to the handset has surfaced on Geekbench ahead of it’s official launch.
Based on it’s Geekbench listing, the OPPO Reno6 Z will be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset along with 4GB RAM under the hood. Therefore, the phone is likely to be positioned below the vanilla OPPO Reno6 that’s powered by the new Dimensity 900 chipset.
Although the rest of it’s specs are mostly unknown at the moment, but OPPO Thailand had already revealed the phone’s design on the company’s official site.
In short, the Reno6 Z shares a largely identical design as the upcoming OPPO Reno6 5G (global) which will be launched in both India and Indonesia next week, except for some minor differences like the location of the LED flash within it’s rear camera module.
Furthermore, OPPO Thailand had also confirmed that the OPPO Reno6 Z will be arriving with a 64MP triple-cam system and 30W fast-charging support.
