OPPO is working on its next smartwatch, which may debut by the end of this month in China. Previous leaks have claimed that it will be called the Watch 5 Pro. However, in the latest leak by Digital Chat Station, he mentioned the name of the device as the Watch 4 Pro. Here is a look at the other details leaked by the tipster.
OPPO Watch 4 Pro specifications (rumored)
According to a leak from the Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming OPPO Watch 4 Pro will be a flagship smartwatch featuring an eSIM. The watch will be powered by a cutting-edge 4nm Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 chip + BES2700 dual-core platform. It is expected to have a battery capacity of around 570mAh in full-smart mode, providing an impressive battery life of approximately 5 days.
Notably, the OPPO Watch 4 Pro’s construction will see a shift from using aluminum alloy for the middle frame to employing 316 stainless steel, while the base material will be ceramic. This enhancement is expected to significantly improve the overall texture and aesthetics of the watch.
As per previous leaks, the Watch 4 Pro will feature an LTPO AMOLED display with a curved glass overlay. It is also expected to offer other features, such as a heart rate tracker, a SpO2 tracker, GPS, and NFC for contactless payments.
The OPPO Watch 4 Pro is anticipated to make its debut this month alongside the Oppo Find N3 smartphone. The same event is expected to see the arrival of other products, such as the OPPO Find N3 Flip and the OPPO Pad Air tablet.
