Last year, OPPO announced the OPPO R9S New Year Anniversary Edition to commemorate the new beginning of a new calendar year. This year, the Chinese company is ready to release another New Year Anniversary Edition, but this time round for their OPPO R11S flagship instead.
Earlier on, the company had confirmed that they will be announcing this new variant at 12PM (China time) tomorrow. As seen from the official teaser, it seems like the New Year Edition of the OPPO R11S will be dressed in Red as well – just like last year’s OPPO R9S. Although OPPO R11S already has a Red color option in the current lineup, but the new variant is expected to be slightly lighter in tone according to reports.
Aside from its aesthetic differences, the rest of the specs sheet is expected to be the same as the rest of the models. As for its pricing, we’ll keep you updated after the device had been made official the next day.
