OPPO has announced that the highly-anticipated ColorOS 7 stable update is finally available to the first batch of six devices including OPPO Reno, OPPO Reno Inspiration Edition, OPPO Reno 10x Zoom, OPPO Reno FC Barcelone Edition, OPPO Reno Ace, as well as OPPO Reno Ace Gundam Edition.
As usual, this update will first be rolled out in the Chinese market and is likely to be available in the global market within the next couple of weeks.
According to the ColorOS 7 roadmap released by OPPO last year, the next batch of devices expected to receive the stable update will include the OPPO Reno2, OPPO Reno2 Z, OPPO Reno Z, OPPO Find X, OPPO Find X Lamborghini Edition, OPPO R17, OPPO R17 Pro, as well as OPPO K15.
In fact, some of the aforementioned smartphones are already in the beta testing phase, so its just a matter of time before the stable update has been rolled out.
In case you’re wondering why we’d waited so long for the colorOS 7 stable update, its because OPPO had pushed back its roll out schedule due to the recent coronavirus outbreak which is completely understandable. Even Vivo had also revised its FuntouchOS 10 roadmap in view of outbreak.
