Pantech Perception arrives at Verizon for just $99.99

Pantech Perception arrives at Verizon

The Pantech Perception which was unveiled earlier this year, has finally landed at Verizon and will be available for purchase starting tomorrow. According to Verizon’s blog, the mid-range device will be up for grab at just $99.99 ( after a $50 mail-in rebate from Verizon ) if you’re willing to tie yourself to a 2 years service contract with the carrier. We’re not sure about the off-contract price for the device, but it’ll definitely cost around $350.

Here’s what you can expect from the specifications of the Pantech Perception : 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD display, dual-core Qualcomm processor, 1GB RAM, 8 megapixels rear camera, 2 megapixels front camera, 16GB internal storage, 4G LTE support, as well as Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich onboard. We know it’s rather upset to hear that the device will be running on Ice Cream Sandwich, but Verizon has apparently promised to roll out Jelly Bean update for the device in near future – so just bear with it for the moment.
