Ahead of its July 7th launch, the upcoming POCO M2 Pro has now been spotted on Geekbench along with some interesting details pertaining to this much anticipated handset.
Based on its listing, it can be confirmed that the device will be powered by the new Snapdragon 720G SoC. This further corroborates earlier reports that the POCO M2 Pro could be the rebranded model of the Redmi Note 9 Pro which was announced in Europe last month.
Other than revealing its underlying chipset, the same listing also affirmed that the POCO M2 Pro will feature 6GB of RAM along with Android 10 OS out of the box. In terms of performance, the device has achieved a score of 554 points and 1,757 points respectively for its single-core and multi-cores performance tests.
If the POCO M2 Pro is indeed a rebadged model of the Redmi Note 9 Pro, then we can expect it to feature a 6.67-inches FHD+ LCD display, side-mounted fingerprint sensor, 64MP quad-cameras, 16MP selfie camera, uo to 128GB storage, as well as 5,020mAh battery with 30W fast-charging.
