[Update] Article updated with more official specs of the POCO M3 (courtesy of @stufflistings).
Earlier this week, POCO has already confirmed that the company’s upcoming POCO M3 mid-ranger smartphone will be making its official debut on November 24th next week.
Ahead of its official launch, some of the device’s key specs had already been leaked a couple of days back. Right now, even its official render has made its way to the public domain courtesy of the folks over at 91Mobiles.
This time round, the POCO M3 really stood out from the crowd in terms of its external appearance. Its dual-tone finish at the back somehow remind us if the OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk Edition smartphone that looks really cool and refreshing.
Other than its attention-grabbing paint job, there will be a more typical-looking rectangular camera housing that looks similar to most other mid-ranger phones we have in the market.
The three cameras at the back is said to be headlined by a 48 megapixels primary shooter along with two other auxiliary cameras that include a 2 megapixels macro camera and a 2 megapixels depth sensor. This will be rounded out by an 8 megapixels selfie camera at the front.
Coming to the front, the POCO M3 will boast a standard 6.53-inches Dot Drop display that brings along a FHD+ screen resolution. Sad to say, the specifications of its front camera is still unknown at the time being.
Under the hood, the device is tipped to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 662 chipset that will be paired with 4GB RAM, as well as an option between 64GB/ 128GB onboard storage.
Likewise, we also know that the POCO M3 will arrive with a hefty 6,000mAh battery which carries support for 18W fast-charging. Aside from that, some other notable features also include its 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, as well as Hi-Res Audio certification.
As usual, we can expect this device to arrive with an ultra-competitive price that undercuts most of the budget devices we have in the market.
