POCO M4 5G is Launching on April 29

So far, POCO’s 2022 M-series lineup includes models such as the POCO M4 Pro 5G and POCO M4 Pro 4G. Now, the company is gearing up to launch a new M-series phone in India. The company rolled out a tweet to confirm that it will be announcing the POCO M4 5G on April 29 in India.

The official teaser rolled out by the brand gives a look at the design of the POCO M4 5G. It has a black-colored block on the back, which houses an LED flash assisted dual-camera setup and the POCO branding. The rest of the back has a wavy pattern. It will be available for purchase through Flipkart.

The POCO M4 5G has a slim and boxy design. It is equipped with a USB-C port, a 3.5mm audio jack, an IR blaster, and a SIM slot around the edges. The device will arrive in at least yellow and blue colors. Reports surrounding the POCO M4 5G have claimed that it will be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11E smartphone, which is exclusively available in China.

The POCO M4 5G is likely to house a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. For selfies, it may feature a 5-megapixel front camera and its back panel may house a 50-megapixel main camera. The latter is likely to be coupled with a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The handset will boot to the Android 12 OS with MIUI 13 on top.

The device could be powered by the Dimensity 700 chipset and 4 GB / 6 GB of LPDDR4x RAM. It may come with 64 GB / 12 GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The device may pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. It is fitted with a side-facing fingerprint scanner.
