POCO has officially confirmed that the company will be launching a new smartphone in the Indian market known as the POCO C31 on September 30th next week. This device was previously speculated to be launch under the POCO C4 branding, but it turns out to bear the POCO C31 moniker instead.
According to past reports, the POCO C31 is expected to be a budget-friendly smartphone that’s targeted towards the entry-level smartphone market – possibly with a super affordable price tag that sits below the $100 mark.
Although the teaser released by the company didn’t reveal much information pertaining to the phone, but it did confirmed that the phone will be featuring a rather typical-looking dewdrop notch display with some noticeable bezels along the sides.
At the moment, it remains to be seen whether the POCO C32 will arrive as a rebranded Redmi smartphone just like the case of the current POCO C3 which was largely based upon the Redmi 9C with some minor differences.
