POCO X2 Has Snapdragon 730G CPU and 27W Fast Charger

Various leaks have suggested that the POCO X2 that will go official on Feb. 4 in India will be a rebranded version of the Redmi K30 4G phone. Yesterday, a leaked render of the phone had appeared along with its pricing. It again revealed that the phone looks identical to the Redmi K30 4G. A new leak that surfaced today reveals that the POCO X2 is powered by the Snapdragon 730G. It is the same SoC that fuels the Redmi K30.

A leaked screenshot of the AnTuTu benchmarks has appeared on Twitter. It reveals that the POCO X2 phone is powered by Snapdragon 7150. It is a known fact that the Snapdragon 730G SoC is internally referred to as Snapdragon 7150.

The leaked shot also reveals the ‘phoenixin’ name mentioned on the benchmarking app. The Redmi K30 has phoenix codename. The suffix ‘in’ for POCO X2 suggests that it is an Indian version of the Redmi K30. The same codename was seen on Geekbench benchmarking platform few days ago.

The landing page of the POCO X2 on Flipkart retailer site of India has been updated. It now reveals that the phone will arrive with 27W fast charging support like the Redmi K30. The official render of the phone reveals that the phone will come equipped with a USB-C port. There is no official information on the battery size of the device. It is speculated that the retail package of the POCO X2 will have include the fast charger.

So far, it is known that the POCO X2 has a 6.67-inch display that offers 120Hz refresh rate. It may come with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. The handset may arrive with Sony IMX686 64-megapixel quad cameras and a 20-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual selfie snapper. It could be priced at Rs. 18,999 ($266) in India.
