POCO will be holding an official launch event on March 22nd next week, where the company is expected to announce at least two devices including the POCO X3 Pro, as well as the long-rumored POCO F3.
Earlier this week, renders of the upcoming POCO X3 Pro had already been leaked on social media, revealing everything we need to know about its design. To make the matter worse, its official specs had also been fully revealed by Shopee Vietnam today.
According to the listing, the POCO X3 Pro will arrive with a 6.67” FHD+ LCD display that offers an ultra smooth 120Hz screen refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, as well as 450 nits peak brightness.
The most important of all, is the confirmation that the POCO X3 Pro will be powered by the unannounced Snapdragon 860 chipset. In fact, the POCO X3 Pro is slated to be the first smartphone in the world with this chipset.
Moving to its camera department, the same listing revealed that the four cameras at the back include a 48 megapixels primary shooter, an 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera, as well as a pair of 2 megapixels sensor which are likely to be a macro and depth sensors respectively. This will be rounded out by a 20 megapixels shooter upfront.
To keep its lights on, the POCO X3 Pro is backed by a huge 5,160mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support. As usual, you can also expect to see a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack on the device as well.
Last but not the least, the device will be available both 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB memory configurations. However, unlike the POCO X3 which uses UFS 2.1 storage, the upcoming POCO X3 Pro is actually equipped with a faster UFS 3.1 storage.
