Last month, the alleged foldable phone from Xiaomi with model number M2011J18C was spotted at the TENAA certification platform in China. Later, it was approved by the country’s 3C regulatory body. The updated TENAA listing, which was first spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma today reveals that it will be arriving in two variants.
The updated TENAA listing shows that the Xiaomi M2011J18C smartphone will come in variants like 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 16 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. While the TENAA listing has no information on its other specs, recent reports have claimed that it could be sporting an in-folding design, a 120Hz refresh rate display, Snapdragon 888, and 108-megapixel primary camera.
The tipster further revealed that the TENAA listing of the Mi 11 Lite 5G (model number M2101K9C) now shows that it will be arriving with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. On the other hand, the TENAA listing of Mi 11 Pro (model number M2102K1AC) reveals that it will arrive in two options such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage options. Unfortunately, the TENAA listings of both phones have no information on their specs.
Recent reports have claimed that the Mi 11 Lite 5G will offer specs like a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with 90Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 765G, a 4,250mAh battery with 33W fast charging, a 20-megapixel front camera, and 64-megapixel triple cameras. The specifications of the Mi 11 Pro are not known yet.
On March 29, Xiaomi will be holding separate launch events for China and global markets. Both events are expected to see the arrival of new Mi 11 series smartphones like Mi 11 Ultra, Mi 11 Pro, and Mi 11 Lite. Since Xiaomi’s purported foldable phone has received TENAA and 3C certifications, it is speculated that the device may go through the upcoming launch event. Probably, it may break cover as Xiaomi Mi MIX Fold.
