The Realme 11 series is reportedly in the works. A new leak by tipster Paras Guglani claims that the Realme 11 lineup will be unveiled in October. He also shared the key details of the series.
Since the beginning of this year, Realme has been launching the Realme 9 series of smartphones in different markets. Today, the company unveiled the Realme 9i 5G in India, which appears to be the last smartphone in the lineup. The tipster said that the company would skip the Realme 10 series.
According to the tipster, Realme will unveil the Realme 11 and the Realme 11 Pro smartphones in October in India. These will be mid-range devices, featuring a dual-camera unit on the back. The lineup will not feature 2-megapixel macro or depth sensor cameras, which are deemed useless by critics and users.
There is no word on whether the lineup will include the Realme 11 Pro+ device, but the tipster believes that it will have a Lite model. These devices are expected to launch at a later date, meaning they may not go official with the Realme 11 and 11 Pro in October.
The company is yet to confirm the existence of the Realme 11 series. In all likelihood, the teasers of the company’s next-generation numbered series phones will arrive by late September or in October. Redmi is also expected to unveil the Redmi 11 series in October this year in China. It seems that Realme may have decided to skip the Realme 10 moniker to let the Realme 11 models compete with the Redmi 10 series.
