Realme has already confirmed that the Realme 12 Pro series will be announced this month in different markets. Today, the brand released the following image to reveal the appearance of the Submarine Blue edition of the Realme 12 Pro+. In addition, Yanko Design, a publication known for covering international product design, has posted several images of the 12 Pro+ to give a look at its design.
The Realme 12 Pro+ images show that the device will continue to sport a design similar to the Realme 11 Pro series. The images showcase a glossy round camera module with a leather back. On the front, the device is equipped with a curved-edge OLED panel.
As per a report by Appuals, the Realme 12 Pro will come in options such as 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, and 12GB+256GB. It will come in two shades, such as Submarine Blue and Navigator Beige. On the other hand, the 12 Pro+ will come in 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB options and will be available in colors like Submarine Blue, Navigator Biege, and Explorer Red. While there is no official word on the launch date, the publication claims that the 12 Pro series will be announced on Jan. 31 in India.
According to reports, the Realme 12 Pro will have the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chip, whereas the 12 Pro+ will feature the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. Both devices are likely to pack a 5,000mAh battery, but differ in fast charging capabilities.
The Realme 12 Pro series will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display integrated with a fingerprint sensor. The 12 Pro will have a 16-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel (Sony IMX890) + 8-megapixel (ultra-wide) + 32-megapixel (telephoto, 2x zoom) triple camera unit. The 12 Pro+ will have a 32-megapixel selfie camera and the same primary and ultra-wide cameras on the back. The rear panel will also feature a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
