Realme is set to launch the Realme 12 Pro series globally on January 29, including in India. In addition to the confirmed Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+, a recent leak by tipster Yogesh Brar suggests the existence of a model called Realme 12 Pro Max 5G specifically for the Indian market. The leak that the tipster received via email includes an image that appears to reveal key specifications for the Pro Max model. However, the authenticity of the leak has not been officially confirmed.
Realme 12 Pro Max 5G specifications (rumored)
As per the leaked image, the Realme 12 Pro Max 5G will have a 120Hz cured-edge OLED display, and its design will be inspired by the Rolex luxury watch. The leak does not mention the chipset that powers the Realme 12 Pro Max 5G. However, it states that the device will come in two options, such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage.
The Realme 12 Pro Max 5G will have a Sony IMX890 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS support. It will be equipped with an OIS-enabled 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
The above-mentioned specs are also expected to be available on the Realme 12 Pro+. So, it is unclear how the Max variant will be different from the Pro+ edition. The leak further states that the 8 GB and 12 GB variants of the Pro Max model will be priced at Rs 33,999 (~$409) and Rs 35,999 (~$433), respectively.
