Realme 13 Pro series officially teased, launch imminent

Realme may launch the 13 Pro series of smartphones this month (July) in China. The reason behind it is that the company has rolled out the first teaser of the 13 Pro lineup, which may include the Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ smartphones. Here is a look at all the details that have emerged so far about both models.

The Realme 13 Pro series’ first teaser showcases a round camera module. The company confirmed that the device will have many AI-powered features that will offer an enhanced photography experience. It is yet to reveal the key specifications of the 13 Pro and 13 Pro+.

Rumors are rife that the Realme 13 Pro Plus will have the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset. It is expected to pack a 5,050mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. It is likely that its camera setup will have a Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with support for 3x optical zoom.

The Realme 12 Pro debuted with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. It is likely that the 13 Pro may feature the newer Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset. At present, there is no information about the battery, charging capabilities, or camera specifications of the device.

The Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ are expected to run on Android 14 with a layer of Realme Ui 5.0 on top. On the front, both models may feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with curved edges. The screen may offer an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

Reports indicate that Realme 13 Pro and 13 Pro+ will be available in 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 12GB+512GB configurations. The 13 Pro may arrive in Monet Gold, Monet Purple, and Sky Green color options, whereas the Pro+ could be offered in Monet Gold and Emerald Gold color variants.
