Realme will be launching a new Realme 8 series smartphone known as the Realme 8 5G in the Thai market on April 21 later this week. This device had already been certified by various regulatory authorities over the past couple of weeks.
Now, the Realme 8 5G with model number RMX3241 has also appeared on Geekbench 5 which revealed that the device will be powered by a 5G-ready MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset.
Coincidentally, the recently announced Realme V13 in the Chinese market also features the same chipset which suggests that the Realme 8 5G could well be a rebranded model of the Realme V13 in the global market.
Besides revealing its chipset, the same listing also confirmed that the Realme 8 5G will be shipped with 8GB RAM and Android 11 OS out of the box. Furthermore, the device also achieved a decent score of 570 points and 1,766 points respectively for its single-core and multi-cores benchmark tests.
