As most of us already know, the Realme 9 series smartphones had already bagged multiple certifications over the past couple of months. However, the ongoing chip shortage had forced the company to defer it’s launch plan to Q1 2022 instead.
Now, a new report from a Vietnamese publication has apparently claimed that the company will be launching the new Realme 9i smartphone in the global market somewhere during January next year.
Similarly, it was also noted that the Realme 9 and 9 Pro will be coming on a slight later date due to the chip shortage. As such, they most probably won’t launched alongside the Realme 9i.
Apart from these devices, the forthcoming Realme 9 series also reportedly include other models such as Realme 9A, Realme 9 Prime, as well as a top-of-the-line model dubbed as the Realme 9 Pro+ whose existence had already been confirmed by IMEI’s database.
Since we’re still some time away from the launch of the new Realme 9 series smartphones, we can expect to hear more about these devices in the upcoming weeks as we edge closer to it’s official launch.
