Realme is preparing to unveil the Realme GT 7 Pro in China on Nov. 4. Soon after, the device is expected to hit the global market in the same month. Ahead of the launch, the brand has released a couple of camera samples to showcase its photography prowess.
Realme GT 7 Pro camera samples
Realme is yet to reveal the camera specifications of the GT 7 Pro. The device was recently spotted in the database of the TENAA certification platform with a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 50-megapixel (periscope telephoto) triple camera setup.
Reports suggest that the Realme GT 7 Pro may feature an IMX906 or LY-701 primary camera, along with a Sony IMX882 or LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera that offers up to 3x optical zoom. For selfies, the device is expected to arrive with a 16-megapixel front-facing camera,
According to other reports, the Realme GT 7 Pro will come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED panel featuring a micro-quad-curved design. The screen will offer a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. For security, it will have an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, up to 16 GB of RAM, and a 6,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging support will power the GT 7 Pro. The device will run on Realme UI 6-based Android 14 and ship with up to 1 TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Other expected features include a metallic frame, an IR blaster, and an IP69-rated body.
The Realme GT 7 Pro will compete with the likes of the Vivo X200 Pro, the Oppo Find X8 Pro, the Xiaomi 15 Pro, the iQOO 13, and the OnePlus 13 in the Chinese market.
