The Realme GT 7 Pro is expected to go official either by the end of this month or early November in China. The brand has now confirmed that the GT 7 Pro will hit the Indian market by mid-November. It is also expected to release in Europe and Southeast Asian markets around the same time. Today, the Chinese wing of the brand released some posters to reveal the GT 7 Pro’s display.
Realme GT 7 Pro to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite
Realme has confirmed that the Realme GT 7 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. The Xiaomi 15 series, which is expected to launch later this month in China, will be the world’s first phone to feature the new Qualcomm chip. The Realme GT 7 Pro, on the other hand, will be the first Snapdragon 8 Elite phone to break cover outside the Chinese market by launching in November.
Realme is yet to reveal the complete design of the Realme GT 7 Pro. However, the above teaser confirms that the device will be equipped with a Samsung-supplied micro-quad-curved screen. Advertised as Eco² Sky Screen, the new display offers low-frequency flicker-free eye protection and hardware-level full-brightness DC dimming like foldable phones.
The rear design of the phone is still a mystery. While the predecessor model, the Realme GT 5 Pro, featured a round camera module, it is speculated that the GT 7 Pro will have a square camera island. It is likely to feature a Sony IMX906 50-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.
The GT 7 Pro is expected to pack a huge 6,500mAh battery with 100W charging support. It will be Realme’s first phone to arrive with features like an ultra-sonic in-screen fingerprint scanner, an IP69-rated chassis, and Realme UI 6-based Android 15.
